Hi Thanks for posting on HCM I have read and understood your concern. Thyroid nodules may not present with epigastric pains.Rather, swallowing difficulties may be present with large nodules. Epigastric pain may be caused by gastritis, GERD, Dyspepsia.... An anti-secretory like omeprazole and an antacid like maalox may help control your symptoms.It will be good you see your Doctor for an H pylori test and if symptoms too severe, a fibroscopy. Mild elevation in liver functions may not always be pathologic.It is common in many people.The values of AST and ALT would have been helpful.I will advise you see your Doctor to investigate the cause of elevated liver enzymes.Possible causes may include: viral hepatitis, liver masses, liver cirrhosis diet...
